The STA has arrived. It sits there packaged in that little girls bike box from Giant. It’s funny something looked at so Epic in the BMX game came to me in a box made for a petite pink bicycle. It’s like marking a Panzerfaust as a Nerf Rocket Launcher. Skipped lunch to put her together and do some preliminary note taking for the restoration process. Most say I need to do her up with some pegs. If I had some Super Pro’s, I think I totally would, but I don’t and the wheels that came on it are pretty rad. Well the hubs are, the Hula Hoop Rims Chrome is flaking like crazy. I will most likely just rebuild the Sun Cassette Race hubs into maybe another set of Hula Hoops and keep the bike trailsy.

I do need a set of 2pc. Strip Bars for it. That is all I know. I am telling myself this is the last bike in the collection. It is time to get up into the crawl space and get the Progression and Barcode started and finished. Those will be some good projects. Also, if anyone out there knows where my or a Fit Series One is, let me know. I am also looking for on of mine and Rich’s Kink Empires and my old Sole Train. I know there are 2 of those frames floating around the city and it would be great to get one back.
