RANDOM COLOMBIA FACTS
1. Everyone is assigned one day of the week where they are not allowed to drive their car that day in Bogota.
2. When taking pictures they say ¨whiskey¨ instead of ¨cheese¨!
3. We got in trouble the other day with some car issues and the cop offered to let us pay him off. 5 US dollars and he was gone.
4. The roads outside of the city don’t go straight for more than 100 yards and it’s terrifying with the way they drive.
5. The beer in some parts is about 50-75 cents a bottle, maybe less.
6. You can buy almost anything you want at a traffic light. There are people walking car to car sellling EVERYTHING.
7. I got into a wild car accident on the side of a mountain and ate the biggest slice of pizza I had ever seen all in the same day.
