This documentary presents a recent initiative by Charlottesville Community Bikes to bring together students, community members, and refugees to promote bicycling, community relationships, and social equity in the Charlottesville, VA community.

The Charlottesville Community Bike Shop is a non-profit bicycle shop. We are on a mission to recycle bicycles, make cycling accessible in Charlottesville, and promote environmentally-sound transportation. Whether you want to volunteer your time & skills, build a bike, or need to repair your own bike, the Community Bike Shop is a resource for you.

As a non-profit organization, we rely strictly on funding from private individuals and organizations. Although we primarily work with recycled materials, we do spend money on things such as bicycle tubes. We welcome monetary donations from all interested parties. See www.cvillecommunitybikes.org
