To the surprise of Chase Hawk and much of the crowd, the 2009 NORA Cup went to our boy Chase Hawk from Austin, Texas. Chase was nominated in Ramp and Dirt for 2009, which in itself if a pretty big honor. Watch a video of the entire NORA Cup Awards/Party and see how it all went down.
