Here are the details:
The video starts off as a saved game… Tenpenny and Pulaski had just thrown Carl into the alley in Jefferson; none of the Story Missions have been done yet.

I rode around until Carl was at 100% Cycling Skill… that also resulted in minor increases in the Health, Stamina, and Muscle Stats

I also killed five drug dealers and got about ,000 from each one… I used that money to buy the Safe House at Glen Park, which is very close to the BMX Challenge. I saved the game there, and that’s where the video starts at.
