This model was originally built and flown free-flight in the mid 50’s. The original builder started converting it for RC in the mid-60’s, and then shelved the project before completing the conversion. The model was given to me, and I finished the conversion to RC, in 2008. This video shows the original builder conducting the model’s maiden flight under RC in Aug 2008
