KIDNEYS, a band headed by Bad Religion's Brooks Wackerman will be playing Friday, June 19th at Dipiazza's in Long Beach.  Brooks spends most of his days as the drummer in the legendary punk rock band, Bad Religion, but with KIDNEYS Brooks is able to showcase his talent as a singer, songwriter, & lead guitarist. KIDNEYS also features drummer Todd Hennig (of Death By Stereo) and bassist John Spiker (of Tenacious D and Filter). All though this Orange County native is known for his powerful punkrock style, he was a member of the Los Alamitos High School jazz band from 1991 to 1995.  His career in music has taken him around the world touring in such bands as, Suicidal Tendencies, Tenacious D, and The Vandals.
