It looks like this video has made it’s rounds on the internet due to the massive amount of views, but none the less, the email I just got from Guiom (thanks for the link!) was the first time I saw it. Last Day Dream is a short film by Chris Milk of a man watching his life pass by. Filmed on a Canon 5D Mk II with a Lensebaby, the visuals are amazing and the story line is very touching.
