Birmingham's Maylene and The Sons Of Disaster are a wild bunch. The band plays a form of swampy, hugely humongous chaotic rock almost certainly influenced by the likes of ZZ Top, Guns N' Roses, AC/DC (or more recently, Every Time I Die or Underoath), and have quite possibly just finished recording their breakout album.
