The 2nd run of the MidwestBMX Video Jam is going down all over the Midwest this coming week from the May 14th-23rd. As of today, 9 teams of 6 riders from at least 4 different Midwestern states are registered to ride for a week, film the good times, and make a short edit which will be judged by their peers. The winning team will be decided by vote at a video premiere at 4Seasons Milwaukee on Saturday the 23rd. Each team must present their video and be voted on. This year, the winning team will be able to win nearly $500 in cash while all the teams will be eligible for prizes from Sun-Ringle, DK Bicycles, Hoffman Bikes, 4 Seasons Skatepark, SputnicBMX, Profile Racing, MaderaBMX, the Dew Tour 2009, and Nike 6.0. The videos will be premiered in Milwaukee at 4Seasons Skatepark and then put up on midwestbmx.net and woozybmx.com so come check ‘em out if you are in town or stay tuned for plenty of awesome videos.
