Hey guys just checking in. Shoulder surgery went well, although it turns out once they went in, there was way more damage than had appeared on the MRI and so thankfully they were able to fix up some of my rotator cuff as well. They even sent me home with a DVD of the surgery, ugh! Exciting for some, but not for those with weak stomachs, I still haven’t sat through it yet. Here are a few stills of some of the damage beforehand.  I’m happy to be on the road to recovery and will keep you all posted   Keep shreddin’ for me in the meantime!!  <3, nina b
