Video games are so late 90s, so Bart is roaming the town gathering illegal fireworks.

The missions start getting harder here, but not ridiculously tough. In Homer’s level, you had lots of leeway for screwing up and dicking around. Here, you don’t have the time to dick around, but you do have enough time to recover from accidents and whatnot.

First, drive to Moe’s. Talk to Otto outside the bar and get some fireworks from him, then enter the bar and talk to Moe to get some of his fireworks. Get back into your car and drive to Town Hall, where Snake will be hanging out. Get some fireworks from him.

Your last stop is the police station. Talk to Ralph to get Chief Wiggum’s firework stash… but the police chief overhears you and starts chasing you down.

You have a minute and thirty seconds to ditch the chief. You’ll probably have a better chance of doing this in town, so don’t hop on the highway. Usual ditch strategies apply: just put as much distance between you and the police chief as you can. It helps to take shortcuts as sometimes the AI will crash trying to get in.
