Work directly with the general manager on all aspects of the company
from sales to shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales and shop relations (main focus)
- Provide market feedback and competitive product information
- Prepare and present sales reports in weekly meetings
- Recognize problems and provide solutions
- Shipping and receiving duties
- Handle warranty requests
Job requirements:
- Sales experience
- Experience as a bicycle mechanic or a good knowledge of bicycle repair
- General knowledge of the bicycle industry including some BMX knowledge
- General computer skills with the ability to run an accounting program
- Physically able to lift up to 75 pounds
