I dont know how many people will remember Tron the first time round released circa 1982, probably one of the most influential movies to a lot of the 80s/90s kids and that includes me. It was a geek spectacle taking the most advance computer graphics of its time along with one of the most unique story lines created about a computer hacker played by Jeff Bridges who somehow gets sucked into the world of the Master Computer and by having no other choice than to compete in a series of digital olympian style games or face deletion by the evil Sark played by David Warner. If you don’t know how the story goes then I feel sorry for you, its something you shouldn’t miss out on watching.

Well speed up to the year 2008 and a trailer for Tron 2.0 is leaked onto the internet with rumors of the follow up finally being made, Tron fans everywhere couldn’t believe what they were hearing and with no high quality version of the trailer and nothing more than the odd blog reporting such events its still slightly sceptical whether we will see the release of Tron 2.0 in early 2010. Fingers crossed cause Tron is freaking amazing and hopefully a follow up would be the cherry… ya nerds
